there is no proof that GMOs are harmful to people. Even if it was harmful, half the population would still continue to eat the stuff

We would still eat the food that was genetically modified because it is part of our lifestyle. 7 billion people aren't going to change the way they eat.

I think that GMOs should be banned because they are in too much of the food we eat. 80% of the food we eat today has some type of genetically modified organism in it.
